A child sex predator sting conducted in Marion County has led to the arrest of more than 50 individuals. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office described the operation as the largest conducted by the county and one of the largest in the state.

The MCSO will hold a news conference to provide more details about the operation. Sheriff Billy Woods, FDLE Commissioner Glass, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier, FHP Colonel Howze, Ocala Police Chief Mike Balken, and representatives from the Florida Fifth District Office of the State Attorney will be in attendance.
