Boynton Beach Shooting

A Boynton Beach man is facing multiple felony charges, including attempted first-degree murder, after police say he opened fire during a confrontation involving his ex-girlfriend in a busy commercial parking lot along North Congress Avenue.

According to police, the shooting happened the evening of June 10, 2026. Frisner St. Cyr, 44, drove up to the area in a black Cadillac, got out with a firearm and began shooting toward two people standing next to a parked car.

Authorities identified one of those individuals as Dyminique Shuler, St. Cyr’s former girlfriend, and the other as Woodly Fedna, who was seated inside a white Honda at the time. Police say Fedna, who has a concealed weapons permit, returned fire, leading to an exchange of gunfire in the parking lot.

During the incident, St. Cyr was shot and injured, eventually collapsing nearby. He was taken to Delray Medical Center, where he was unable to provide a statement due to his condition.

Investigators say the shooting appears tied to a recently ended relationship between St. Cyr and Shuler. The two had reportedly dated and lived together before breaking up about three months ago.

Police also referenced an earlier incident days before the shooting in which St. Cyr allegedly confronted Shuler at her workplace and caused a disturbance.

Based on the investigation, St. Cyr faces the following charges: attempted first-degree murder with a firearm, shooting into an occupied vehicle, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
