Jonesboro Library Launches Book Delivery

The Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library is launching a new service to bring books directly to residents who are unable to visit the library. The new program, called Library To Go, is a free delivery service for Jonesboro residents who are homebound because of age, illness or disability.

Eligibility and Application

Eligible patrons can receive up to four books delivered to their homes twice a month, according to the library. The program is designed to help residents stay connected to reading, learning and library services even when they cannot physically visit the library. The library is encouraging eligible residents, family members, friends and caregivers to apply or share the information with someone who may benefit from the program. Those interested can complete the library’s online interest form for additional details.
