Frisco Park Expansion and New Developments Across DFW

Frisco’s Kaleidoscope Park is preparing for a significant expansion, adding a 1,500-square-foot platform and an LED screen. Since its opening in October 2024, the park has been a hub for community events, including film screenings and concerts. This development is expected to enhance its role as a community gathering space.

Industrial Growth in Denton

In Denton, three industrial buildings are slated for construction near I-35 and North Elm Street. These buildings, intended for industrial, office, and warehouse use, represent a $24 million investment and will cover approximately 750,000 square feet. The construction is scheduled to begin on August 17, 2026, and conclude by December 6, 2027.

New Amenity Center in Prosper

The Park Place neighborhood in Prosper will see the addition of a new amenity center, set to begin construction in mid-July. The center will span just over 5,000 square feet and cost $3.7 million, with completion expected by May 15, 2027.

Office Remodel in Richardson

Firetrol, a Dallas-based fire suppression supplier, plans to remodel its Richardson office. The project, valued at approximately $630,000, will occur between June and September. Firetrol has been providing fire suppression equipment and services since 1984.

Children’s Hospital Upgrade in Frisco

Scottish Rite for Children in Frisco will convert a waiting area into a radiology room. This $500,000 project is scheduled from July 6, 2026, to September 25, 2026, enhancing the hospital’s ability to provide specialized care for children.
