A longtime Plano ISD teacher, Paul Campbell, is facing three new charges of indecency with a child, according to the Plano Police Department. Campbell, who taught at Brinker Elementary School for 28 years, was previously booked into the Plano City Jail on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Investigation Ongoing
Plano Police are continuing to investigate and determine whether there are additional victims. The department has encouraged anyone with information to come forward and call the Special Victims Unit tipline at 972-941-2044.
Plano ISD has stated that it is aware of the new charges and is fully cooperating with the investigation. The district has also emphasized that the alleged conduct is reprehensible and inconsistent with its values and standards.
