Boston Shooting Leaves One Injured

A person was shot near Boston Common early Wednesday morning. Boston police say officers responded to the area of 44 Bromfield Street just after 5 a.m. for a reported shooting and found one victim, who was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Boston EMS confirmed they transported the victim. Further details were not immediately available, including what led to the shooting. No arrests have been announced. An investigation is active and ongoing.
