A young child was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital after a shooting on Scrapbook Street in Osceola County and later died, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigation Underway
Just before 4 p.m. on July 12, 2026, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a shooting in the 2600 block of Scrapbook Street. Deputies responded and found a young child who had been shot. The child was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital, where they were later pronounced dead.
Detectives are investigating the incident. Authorities said there is no threat to the community. More information will be released as it is confirmed.
