Durham City Hall will be opening late on Wednesday after a power outage. Duke Energy reported hundreds of customers were still without power in the Triangle on Wednesday morning after Tuesday’s storms, including 18 customers in downtown Durham.
The city of Durham said crews were working to restore power to city hall and that it would provide updates. As of 7:30 a.m., city hall is scheduled to open late at 11 a.m.
