Grant Harris, a senior vice president at the Amon G. Carter Foundation and former chief development officer for Cook Children’s Health Foundation, was arrested in Tarrant County on a solicitation charge June 29, according to police records.

The arrest record reviewed by The Dallas Express identifies Harris, 50, and lists the charge as “PC 43.021(b) Solicit Prostitution / Other Payor.” A source with direct knowledge of the operation told The Dallas Express that Harris’ arrest stemmed from a World Cup-related sex-trafficking enforcement operation.
Harris previously served as senior vice president and chief development officer for Cook Children’s Health Foundation. Cook Children’s announced in 2017 that Harris had taken the senior vice president and chief development officer role at the foundation.
The Amon G. Carter Foundation’s website has since been scrubbed and Harris’ social platforms appear to be deactivated, including his LinkedIn profile, which was active just days ago and listed his role at the Amon Carter Foundation.
