Casey Diamond, a former standout tennis player from Louisville, has transitioned to a successful career in professional pickleball. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Diamond left his full-time job in medical sales to pursue his passion for pickleball.
Rising Star in Pickleball
Diamond’s connections in the pickleball community led to opportunities on the court, and he has since traveled to seven different countries to compete. He turned pro in 2023 and has established himself as a rising talent in the sport. Recently, Diamond signed a three-year agreement with the PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball.
Diamond’s achievements have gained attention, including back-to-back appearances on ESPN’s SportsCenter Top 10 plays in his MLP debut. His next tournament is the Major League Pickleball Mid-Season Tournament in Grand Rapids, Florida, where he will compete on July 9.
