A fast-moving brush fire in Dunnigan, California, prompted a desperate attempt by neighbors to save a nearby home. Kymberlee Overbo and her 11-year-old daughter, RyanMae, grabbed a hose and ran toward the flames to try to protect the property.
Despite their efforts, the fire destroyed the home, leaving one family with little but ash, rubble, and heartbreak. The property had been a place of family gatherings for decades, filled with birthdays, barbecues, and memories that are now gone.
