A unique baby boom is taking place at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Seventeen nurses in the hospital’s labor and delivery unit are expecting babies, setting a new record for the hospital. The previous record was set in 2019 when 11 nurses from the same unit were expecting at the same time.
A Bond of Motherhood
The nurses, who range from 12 to 35 weeks pregnant, recently gathered for a photo to celebrate their pregnancies and the bond they share as colleagues and soon-to-be mothers. Fifteen of the 17 nurses were able to participate in the photo, with two nurses unavailable at the time.
