An Operation Return Home has been issued for Matthew Smith, a 62-year-old man who was last seen in downtown Louisville. According to the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD), Smith was seen in the 200 block of E Chestnut Street on Monday around 2 p.m.
Smith has health issues that require medication, which he does not have with him. He is not familiar with Louisville and may be lost and confused, police said. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a dark shirt, and gray slip-on shoes.
