Hobza, a retired architect and planner, would bring 35 years of professional expertise to council discussions regarding growth, land use, ordinances, development, infrastructure projects, and difficult budget and priority decisions.

Qualifications

Hobza has a deep understanding of Casper, having grown up in the city and having family members who are small business owners. He is involved in the community as a member of the Downtown Casper Business Association, the Casper Historic Preservation Commission, and the Lyric building committee.

Hobza’s experience leading a large K-12 education sector for an international architecture firm has taught him how to build teams, work collaboratively, and act with integrity to best serve the community.
