Grundfos, a leading manufacturer of pumps and water utility solutions, held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new production facility and a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its training center, Academy Americas, in Brookshire on June 24.

Facility Details

The 143,000-square-foot production facility will feature office space, a large production and shop floor, a test area, and room for future expansion. The facility will produce a variety of commercial building services and water utilities solutions, including pumps, kits, module systems, and engineer-to-order pumping systems.

Additionally, Grundfos has repurposed a customer support center to become Academy Americas, a state-of-the-art facility for workforce development, training new employees, and technical training for partners.

Next Steps

Construction on the production facility is expected to start in a matter of weeks and will be completed by 2027.
