Allen City Council members unanimously approved a specific use permit for Dynamite Performance Golf to operate in a space on Bethany Drive at a June 23 meeting.
Business Details
The golf-simulation business uses a high-speed 3D motion capture system to help members improve their golf technique, and also offers golf-specific fitness training and precision club fitting, per its website. The proposed business will occupy approximately 6,500 square feet of a more than 250,000-square-foot building, Senior Planner Matt Bechtlufft said.
The council approval comes after the Allen Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval for the permit at a June 2 meeting. The business is located at 105 W. Bethany Drive, Ste. 130, in Allen, and can be found online at www.dynamiteperformancegolf.com.
