Allen has seen a surge of new businesses opening in the area. One of the newest additions is EagleNXT, a drone manufacturing company that held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new headquarters on May 27. The company manufactures drones, counter drones, drone sensors, and drone software, and the Allen facility will produce MicaSense multispectral sensors and EagleNXT’s first-ever U.S. production line for the company’s eBee Vision drone.
New Businesses
In addition to EagleNXT, other new businesses in the area include Exotic Snack Guys Texas, which offers snacks from around the world, and Regus, which provides office space rentals for individuals and companies. Schulmeister Law, a legal firm led by founding partner John Schulmeister, has also opened its doors, offering legal services related to estate planning, probate, real estate, business, and criminal cases.
Monks, a restaurant serving Indian and Chinese fusion cuisine, has opened at 790 W. Exchange Parkway, Ste. 140. The menu includes tandoor dishes, momos, soups, and a variety of entrees. 4Ever Young, a business offering anti-aging solutions such as Botox, chemical peels, and hormone replacement therapy, is set to open in September. Fyzical, a physical therapy clinic, is also opening in the summer.
Koelker Dental, a dental practice led by Kris Koelker, is opening on June 30. NT Suites, a business offering private office suites, conference rooms, and coworking spaces, is set to open in 2027. Armor Brewing has expanded its operations, adding two new pickleball courts, and LG’s Cigar Lounge has closed its doors.
