A 51-year-old Marion County man is taking home a massive payout after matching winning numbers in a recent lottery drawing. The Florida Lottery announced that Christopher Trail, of Ocklawaha, came forward to claim a $10 million prize from the Powerball drawing held on March 11, 2026.

The lucky ticket was purchased at the Circle K gas station located at 10030 County Road 44 in Leesburg. This latest win contributes to Florida’s high standing in the multi-state game. Since Florida joined Powerball in 2009, the game has generated more than $3.37 billion in contributions to the state’s education system.
Florida ranks among the top-selling Powerball states nationwide, accounting for more than 158 million winning tickets that total over $4.07 billion in prizes. This includes 17 jackpot winners since the state entered the game.
