A car crashed into a pole in Lakewood on Sunday afternoon, injuring five people, including a 2-year-old, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The single-vehicle collision happened near Del Amo Boulevard and Knoxville Avenue at 3:30 p.m. All five people inside the vehicle were taken to the hospital with likely serious injuries.
