The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will begin accepting applications for Hunter Management Area (HMA) permission slips at 8 a.m. July 21. Public Information Specialist Christina Schmidt said Hunter Management Areas are typically privately owned ranches that partner with the department to provide managed public hunting access.
Hunters must already have a license for the area and should have the dates in mind that they want to go, as well as a description of their vehicle, as they will receive a printed permission slip to put in the vehicle.
