Supporting Local Nonprofits
According to Salvador Madregal, Associate Director of Donor Stewardship at the Wyoming Community Foundation, the foundation has two competitive grant cycles where nonprofit agencies can apply for funding, one in the spring and one in the fall. Madregal emphasized the importance of nonprofit organizations in Wyoming, stating that they are what make the state strong.
The Wyoming Community Foundation has connected people who care with causes that matter since 1989, granting over $120 million to charitable causes and providing support to nonprofit agencies. The deadline for nonprofits to apply for the fall grant cycle is September 15.
