The state of Wyoming is encouraging folks to visit all of the state’s airports, preferably by plane if you have one. But you can drive to them. Patches, stickers, and other prizes will be given out.
WYFly Passport Program
The WYFly Passport Program is a 2026 initiative designed for pilots and aviation enthusiasts to explore Wyoming’s 40 public-use airports and surrounding communities, encouraging both flying and driving to collect stamps. You can grab a physical passport book at any of the 34 paved airports across the state. Participants collect stamps at visitor stations at participating public-use airports.
Completing regional tasks allows participants to win prizes, including an embroidered bomber jacket. The program is open to anyone; participants can fly or drive to the locations. Passport books can be found at any of the 34 paved airports across Wyoming.
Wyoming has a total of 127 public and private airports, according to 2026 data, serving a mix of commercial, general aviation, and private, recreational needs. But you won’t need to visit all 127 for this game. Just 34 of them. The official Wyoming Airport System consists of 40 specific public-use airports categorized by the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), with 34 of them being paved.
