Woman Shot In North Philadelphia

A shooting in North Philadelphia left a 32-year-old woman injured. Police responded to reports of gunshots around 3:16 a.m. Sunday on the 2700 block of North Hemberger Street.

Upon arrival, police discovered a shooting scene but no victim. The woman arrived at Temple University Hospital suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was listed in stable condition.

Police say a preliminary investigation revealed the woman was at the location when someone began firing. No further details have been released as police continue to investigate.
