WLWT and Hearst Television recently inducted six individuals into the WLWT Hall of Fame. The Class of 2026 includes Mark Hauss, Janet Henderson, Bonnie Lou, Sheree Paolello, Sandy Powers, and Ron Whitacre.
Contributions to the Station
The inductees have made significant contributions to the station’s success. Mark Hauss covered major stories in Cincinnati as a news photographer for 41 years. Janet Henderson set the standard as a WLWT Account Executive during her 27-year career. Bonnie Lou brought her talents to the WLWT airwaves during the golden age of local entertainment programming.
Sheree Paolello joined WLWT in 2002 and became one of Cincinnati’s most trusted news anchors. Sandy Powers played a key role in several departments at WLWT for 40 years. Ron Whitacre was a multi-talented engineer at WLWT for 41 years, helping to innovate the station’s remote broadcast capabilities.
