Customers who purchased any of the products listed should not consume them, federal officials said. Instead, discard the product or bring a valid receipt to any Whole Foods Market store for a full refund. Salmonella is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
