A West River broadcaster is facing a lawsuit for allegedly playing songs without obtaining the necessary licenses. The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) has joined forces with over a dozen music publishers to file the lawsuit against Haugo Broadcasting and its owner, Christian Haugo, in federal district court in South Dakota.
