Warner Music Group, the label behind artists such as Ed Sheeran and Dua Lipa, has announced that its finance head and Chief Operating Officer, Armin Zerza, has decided to step down for personal reasons, effective immediately.
Leadership Changes
As a result, the company has named Chief Accounting Officer Lou Dickler as acting CFO, launching a formal search for Zerza’s successor. Tom Corson, the COO of Warner Records, has been promoted to chief operating officer of Warner Music Group, where he will report directly to CEO Robert Kyncl.
