Wake Forest Road Closed Due To Stuck Railroad Crossing Arms

Ligon Mill Road in Wake Forest is currently closed due to malfunctioning railroad gate crossing arms. According to Wake Forest officials, the road is closed at the CSX railroad crossing near Steeple Run Drive as crews work to fix the stuck crossing arms.

CSX officials are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it by 8 a.m. Thursday. In the meantime, drivers are advised to find an alternative route around the road.
