A man from Palm Coast, Florida, has been accused of having sex with two teenage girls, ages 13 and 15, in Volusia County. Nicholas Dean Alo, 24, faces charges of violating probation and two counts each of lewd and lascivious battery and child abuse, according to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office.

Investigation Details

Alo allegedly picked up the girls, purchased alcohol for them, and had sex with them in his vehicle at Central Park in Ormond Beach. Detectives believe Alo seeks out victims by driving around the east side of the county, frequenting skate parks, the boardwalk, and other public parks.

Alo was previously convicted of lewd and lascivious molestation and traveling to seduce a minor in 2020, for which he spent two years in prison. He is currently being held at the Volusia County Branch Jail on no bond and faces an additional charge of escaping after trying to run from detectives.
