Grand Prairie residents will soon have a new shopping destination as a Victoria’s Secret Outlet is confirmed for the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets shopping center. The addition expands the center’s retail mix and offers local shoppers a dedicated location for the brand’s lingerie, sleepwear, fragrance and body‑care products.
According to whatnow.com, the outlet will occupy Suite 202 at 2950 W. Interstate 20. A project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation estimates a $175,000 partial remodel of the existing 6,945‑square‑foot space. Construction is scheduled to begin on October 12, 2026 and to be completed by November 6, 2026.
The new store will sit near IT’SUGAR and the Coach Outlet, with the Express Factory Outlet and Vera Bradley Outlet located across the walkway, creating a concentrated cluster of popular outlet retailers for shoppers to browse.
Victoria’s Secret was founded in 1977 by Roy Raymond and his wife Gaye Raymond. The brand now operates under Victoria’s Secret & Co., which also manages the PINK and Adore Me lines. The company’s product range includes lingerie, sleepwear, fragrances and body‑care items.
In a September 2026 corporate release, Victoria’s Secret & Co. reported approximately 1,430 retail stores in about 70 countries, underscoring the brand’s global reach and the significance of adding a U.S. outlet to Grand Prairie’s retail landscape.
Grand Prairie Premium Outlets lists December 1, 2026 as the expected opening date. Residents are encouraged to watch the center’s website for updates as the remodel progresses and to plan a visit when the store opens.
