Recent Incidents
On August 27, 2025, a shooting occurred at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, resulting in the deaths of two children and injuring 21 individuals. The shooter, 23-year-old Robin Westman, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Other incidents include a shooting at Antioch High School in Nashville, Tennessee, on January 22, 2025, where a 17-year-old fired 10 shots, killing 16-year-old Josselin Corea Escalante. The shooter then took his own life.
A 15-year-old female student opened fire at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin, on December 16, 2024, killing two people and wounding six others. The shooter died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
