Ex-Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has shared a recovery update after suffering a severe knee injury. Hill posted a video on Instagram of himself working out, including jumping out of a pool, sprinting, and stretching exercises.
Knee Injury and Recovery
Hill suffered a left knee injury during a Monday Night Football game against the New York Jets on September 29 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. The injury included damage to ligaments and dislocated the knee. Hill, 32, said in the video that it had been about 10 months and had two surgeries since the injury.
Hill appeared optimistic in the video as he noted the recovery was one day at a time and added he felt the timeline for him to return is looking good. After the 2025 regular season, the Miami Dolphins released Hill on Monday, February 16, citing that the wide receiver failed a physical exam.
