A two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Highway 1 and Brown Road, south of Guadalupe, has left two people injured. One person was transported with major injuries, while another had minor injuries.
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the person with major injuries required assistance from first responders to get out of their damaged vehicle at the scene.
The roadway remains open, but drivers are asked to use caution in the area as responders work the scene. The exact cause of the collision remains under investigation.
