Trump Comments On Lebron James

President Donald Trump recently shared his thoughts on the basketball careers of Michael Jordan and LeBron James. When asked to compare the two, Trump stated that Michael Jordan is a friend of his and a good guy. He also mentioned that LeBron James might be a racist, but it’s possible he just doesn’t like Trump.

Trump’s Comments

Trump’s comments came during a White House press conference, where Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked him about the news of James signing with the Philadelphia 76ers. Trump replied, ‘Michael Jordan is a guy that’s a friend of mine. I play golf with him. He’s a really good guy. I think LeBron is — maybe he’s a racist, but maybe he doesn’t like Trump. I don’t know. I only like people that like me, so I would say Michael Jordan all the way.’

James has been an outspoken critic of Trump in the past, endorsing candidates who ran against him in the past three presidential elections. Jordan, on the other hand, has won six NBA titles and was a five-time league MVP.
