Abelardo de la Espriella, a conservative outsider endorsed by U.S. President Donald Trump, has won Colombia’s presidential election. De la Espriella, a businessman and lawyer, defeated progressive candidate Iván Cepeda by 1 percentage point, or nearly 251,000 votes.
Election Results
