Truck Falls Off I 540

A pickup truck crashed and fell into an embankment on Interstate 540 near Buffaloe Road on Saturday.

Raleigh fire crews reported that the pickup truck went off the roadway between two bridges before falling into the embankment.

Officials have not released the names of anyone involved nor any information about possible injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
