Tragic Fall at Devil’s Punchbowl Claims Woman’s Life

A woman tragically lost her life following a fall at Devil’s Punchbowl State Park in Depoe Bay, Oregon. The incident occurred around 12:25 p.m. when first responders were called to the scene near the park’s well-known collapsed sea cave. Upon arrival, the Depoe Bay Fire Assistant reported that the woman had fallen onto the rocks below.

Firefighters bravely rappelled down to provide first aid to the woman, who was then airlifted to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arriving at the medical facility. The woman’s identity has not yet been released by officials.
