Tom Brady, a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, recently shared his thoughts on rookie Fernando Mendoza. In an interview with Liz Claman on FOX Business’ “The Claman Countdown,” Brady emphasized the importance of earning one’s place in the NFL.
Brady’s Message to Mendoza
“Well, I love Fernando, but Fernando is like every other young rookie,” Brady said. “He’s got to go out there and earn it like everybody else… none of these young players, none of the rookies have ever had a meaningful snap in the NFL.” Brady’s comments reflect his own experiences as a young player in the league.
Brady also discussed his latest venture off the field, joining digital health company eMed as its Chief Wellness Officer. He aims to help everyday Americans access the kind of health guidance he relied on throughout his career.
