Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) introduced the Knockouts Television Championship at Slammiversary in Boston. TNA Hall of Famer Traci Brooks announced the new championship, which will be defended exclusively on ‘Impact’ television.

A 16-woman tournament will begin this Thursday night to crown the first-ever TNA Knockouts TV Champion. The belt features the letters ‘KO’ and ‘TV’ in purple and black lettering.
