Indianapolis police are searching for four individuals who broke into Firework Joe’s on the city’s south side, stealing over $4,500 worth of fireworks. The suspects, wearing masks and gloves, smashed through the glass front door and loaded the stolen items into a white Dodge.
Owner Speaks Out
Joseph Coonfield, the owner of Firework Joe’s, expressed his frustration and concern about the theft, stating that it will be difficult to replace the stolen items in time for the Fourth of July. Coonfield also criticized the parents of the suspects, saying they did not raise their children with morals or respect.
The incident occurred just a few days before the Fourth of July, and Coonfield is calling on the community to help identify the suspects. Anyone with information can contact IMPD or Crime Stoppers.
