The Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce will host a groundbreaking ceremony on June 25 to celebrate the construction of a new home for The CALL in Lawrence & Randolph Counties. The ceremony will take place at the future site of the organization’s new building adjacent to Integrated Therapy on U.S. Highway 67B in Walnut Ridge.
About The CALL
The CALL is a statewide nonprofit organization that recruits, trains, and supports foster and adoptive families while partnering with the Arkansas Department of Human Services to ensure children in foster care have access to safe, loving homes.
Rachel Netrefa, director of The CALL in Lawrence & Randolph Counties, said the project reflects the organization’s commitment to serving local children and families. The new building will provide a permanent home for The CALL in Lawrence & Randolph Counties and position the organization to expand its services and support network for years to come.
