Civil Court
In Bowie County, several default judgments were issued, including Shelter Insurance vs. Logan Allen et al and Marcus Rentals vs. Joshua Surman. Newrez LLC filed a real property case against Liberty Eylau State Bank et al.
In Miller County, the State of Arkansas filed a property forfeiture case against Christopher Beck and his 2000 GMC K1500. Several default judgments were also issued, including Capita One et al vs. Anthony Montecillo-Jordan and Jefferson Capital Systems LLC vs. Wendy Graham.
Probate Court

In Bowie County, several divorces were granted, including to Patricia Thompson and Jeffrey Thompson, and David Craig Discoll and Miranda Sueann Driscoll.
