The Teton County Health Department (TCHD) is conducting an online survey to learn where residents find health information.
The survey, available in English and Spanish, takes about 5 minutes to complete and all responses are private. Participants are entered to win one of three raffle prizes, including dinner for two at Snake River Grill, two passes to a summer raptor encounter at Teton Raptor Center, or two whitewater rafting trips with Dave Hansen Whitewater.
