Police in Miami Gardens have arrested a suspect in connection with the 2019 murder of 17-year-old Rodney Hinds Jr. Warren Pollock, 25, faces charges of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder.
Case Details
Hinds was sitting in a vehicle at a Shell gas station when an unknown person approached and fired multiple shots. Surveillance cameras captured the incident, but the case eventually turned cold. Hinds’ family offered a monetary reward for information leading to the suspect’s arrest.
Through continued investigation and community cooperation, detectives developed new evidence that led to Pollock’s identification as the suspect. Pollock was already in custody for an unrelated murder case and is being held without bond.
