Sunriver Resort, near Bend, Oregon, has reopened The Spa at Sunriver Resort following a multi-million dollar renovation. The updates include a redesigned interior and a new service menu.
Wellness Offerings
The resort is managed by CoralTree Hospitality and has expanded wellness offerings across its 3,300-acre property, including guest rooms and outdoor programming. The new service menu was developed in partnership with skincare brands Dr. Dennis Gross, Naturopathica, and Epionce, and includes products made with organic and locally sourced ingredients.
New offerings include the Arnica & Birch Deep Tissue Massage and the River Detox Cocoon body wrap. The resort also offers outdoor classes such as floating yoga and sound healing.
Local Art and Design
The spa’s redesign incorporates work from several Central Oregon artists and makers. The interior was designed and executed by Kristi Wolfe Designs, and a custom metal wall installation at the entry was created by Bend-based artist Andrew Wachs of Weld Studio.
Retail offerings include jewelry from Bend designers Derive and Branch & Barrel, along with dried floral arrangements from Gairdin. The spa also uses and sells Dani body products.
Managing Director Tom O’Shea said the updates reflect the resort’s approach to wellness. “The Spa at Sunriver Resort’s reimagination reflects how we’ve always thought about wellness here, it starts with the outdoors,” O’Shea said. “The forest, the river, the trails, the night sky; guests feel it the moment they arrive. The Spa carries that experience indoors, with new treatments and year-round programming inspired by our landscape.”
