Sugar & Sage Bakery, a high-end patisserie and coffee shop located in Dallas’ University Park, is collaborating with Eataly Dallas for a special Terra Takeover. The takeover, which runs through August 23, features Sugar & Sage’s delicious sweet and savory pastries for weekend brunch at Terra.

The menu includes the savory Brioche Primavera, a scallion and cream cheese filled brioche topped with smoked salmon, capers, and frisee. Other standouts include the Danish alla Pesca, a pastry featuring peach, goat cheese, and thyme, and the Mini Pastry Basket with miniature gluten-free banana bread, kouign amann, cinnamon roll, and pain au chocolat.

While the Terra Takeover is a limited time event, the weekend brunch menu at Terra will still be available, featuring items such as the Wagyu Burger and Avacoda toast.
