The average number of days homes spent on the market increased in four of five ZIP codes, with ZIP code 77479 seeing the largest percentage increase at 112.5%. ZIP code 77459 saw the overall longest average time on the market with 107 days.
Of the total 293 homes sold, homes in the $200,000-$399,999 price range sold the most frequently, with 119 homes sold.
