Bend, Ore. – The nonprofit animal‑rescue organization Street Dog Hero announced that its fourth annual Street Dog Hero Gala will take place on Monday, Sept. 19, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Central Oregon.
The black‑tie optional event will feature live entertainment, a dinner, drinks, and both live and silent auctions. A Golden Ticket Raffle will offer up to 100 entries, with the winner receiving the first selection of an exclusive live‑auction package before open bidding begins.
How the gala supports the mission
Proceeds from ticket sales, auction items and donations will be directed to Street Dog Hero’s ongoing spay, neuter and adoption programs. Since its founding in 2017, the organization has rescued more than 4,570 dogs and placed them in permanent homes. In addition, it has provided over 13,483 free or reduced‑rate spay, neuter and wellness services for dogs and cats.
