South Florida is celebrating the 250th birthday of the United States of America with numerous events and fireworks displays. The city of Miami is hosting a free event at Bayfront Park, featuring live music, fireworks, and a FIFA World Cup viewing from 1 p.m. to midnight.

Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department is hosting its annual Fourth of July Celebration at 7900 SW 40th Street, Miami, FL 33155, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with live music, food, and a Carnival Cruise Line Fun Zone for kids.
Lummus Park in Miami Beach will host the Independence Day Fireworks & Patriotic Concert, starting at 8:30 p.m. with an orchestra performance by the Miami Beach Classical Music Festival, followed by a fireworks show at 9 p.m.

The city of Fort Lauderdale is hosting a free 4th of July event featuring a performance by Grammy-nominated country singer Walker Hayes, a kids zone, beach games, and a fireworks display at 9 p.m.
