The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office has identified the skeletal remains that were found in a wooded area of West Price Hill last month. According to Cincinnati police, the remains were found near the 1800 block of Minion Avenue on July 29.
The remains were sent to the Hamilton County coroner and the Cincinnati Police Department is investigating what happened. On Friday, the coroner’s office identified the remains as Mercedes Southard. It’s not clear what led to her death at this time.
